Hi ! This project about wellness lasted 2 weeks, and I had the chance to work with the incredible, the inspiring and the so talented Hélène !

So, what was it about ?

The Client

Hello, hello, hello !

During this project, I had to analyze an already existing and highly adopted app and incorporate a new feature into the product. My work culminated in a high-fidelity prototype of a native app that reflects the best path forward based on research, iteration, and testing.

I chose to work with Just Eat, a food delivery app because I am a food addict and I am used to ordering food the past few weeks to be honest, as I am attending a very intensive and super cool bootcamp right now !

The high fi prototype is a…

A second week begins at Ironhack Paris in our UX/UI Design bootcamp, and for this 2 weeks project I was paired up with Joëlline and Kevin :)

So, what was our task this time ?

Introduction

Local shops and practitioners are suffering a decrease in the demand of their services and products due to the extreme situation COVID-19 pushed worldwide. Online presence is a good way to hijack the issue. More and more professionals are on the verge of their digital transition.

Our challenge

We had for goal to create a website for a business to improve its online presence to be more…

For the first week of my Ironhack bootcamp in UX/UI Design, I have been teamed up with Aurélie, Khadija and Mylène. Our challenge was to solve a wicked problem in 5 days.

A wicked problem is a problem that is difficult or impossible to solve because of incomplete, contradictory, and changing requirements that are often difficult to recognize. — Wikipedia.

To focus on the scope, we were proposed five subjects, and with the team we quickly agreed to work on Food Sustainability.

Food sustainability

In the last decades, there has been a rise in consciousness on the importance of good nutrition and…

For this third challenge, my goal was to evaluate the usability of a travel app by conducting interviews and user tests, find pain points and solutions to improve the experience. I will propose an app redesign through wireframes and an interactive prototype as well.

I’m not the user of the product, I’m crafting and evaluating. — Ironhack mantra

Empathy, getting into people’s shoes to understand and share the feeling of another person. This is how I am going to improve the usability and make a better user experience.

User type

I decided to focus for this scenario on a young group of…

Here is the second challenge of the pre-work for us Ironhackers. For this task, we have to “reverse engineer” one popular app of our choice, create a wireframe version of the user flow based on screenshots or high fidelity prototypes screens of such app.

The tool I will be using is Figma for this exercise, creating low fidelity wireframes and a prototype of the user flow.

First, what is a wireframe ?

A wireframe is a layout of an app or a website, it provides a clear overview of the page structure, information architecture, user flow and functionality. As it is a simple visual representation of…

Design Thinking

UrbanGo is a public transit and mapping startup based in Sillicon Valley. Their mobile application offers to users the quickest and cheapest routes on public and private transports. Just add a starting point and a destination, and the app will guide you all the way with different multimodal routes, the estimated time and the cost of them.

Users interviews

People have a good experience in general when using public transport abroad. I have reunited three friends of mine and conducted interviews, they have a passion for travelling and are used to walk around cities with apps, guides and maps. …
